Took my 2014 Volvo V40 in to get an EML light diagnosed and a recall sorted at the same time, I dropped the car off on Saturday and found that I was given a high spec brand new V90 for the duration of the time the car was to be repaired, the car was finished within half a day and I then found out to my surprise that Volvo had covered the costs of the parts and labour, this was a massive surprise which added to an already brilliant experience. From beginning to end Rybrook Chester Volvo have been excellent and I can't fault them one bit, I would happily recommend them to anyone looking to get their Volvo repaired.

Useless. Very disappointed with the sales advisers at Rybrook Chester. Visited the branch in July, left all my details and asked them for 2 quotes on a new XC60. One PCP and one PCH. Straight forward you would think. However, 6 weeks later after various emails and telephone calls I finally get the 2 quotes through without the discount agreed. Now decided enough is enough and will be visiting a different Volvo dealership. Hopefully they are able to sell me a car!
This is not based on the friendly and professional service we received when buying the car. Felt welcome and valued so special thanks to Lee. Incredibly helpful and attentive. However, this review is for the customer after care from the garage itself which is well below standard. Shambles. Don't return calls when leaving a message. When taking the car in for some work we rang at 4.30pm to check it was done and they said we hadn't dropped the car off despite leaving it at 9am for the day as requested. They didn't seem to know what was going on. All the frills are in the front of house showroom but they need to improve their after care service. The experience of buying the car was good so it's a shame they seem to care less afterwards.
